The following tracking sheets will be used to measure your progress throughout the challenge. You can download and print them from home or you can pick up a hard copy with your registration package at Marathon Family Health Team.

900 Minute Challenge Tracking Sheets – Legal (larger format)
Each participant in the team of 4 will have a different tracking sheet. Although the tracking sheets will be different, they will all include 90 boxes. Each box represents 10 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA). Therefore, when you complete 10 minutes or more of MVPA, you can colour or put a checkmark in 1 box. For example, if you complete 30 minutes of MVPA, you can colour 3 boxes. Please note: to promote regular exercise, you can colour a maximum of 4 boxes per day. Once all of the boxes are either coloured or checked off, you will have completed a total of 900 minutes of exercise.
