Week 4 – Nutrition Month Challenge
Week 4 focuses on reducing your intake of sugar-sweetened beverages by “rethinking your drink” and choosing water first! Let’s wrap up the Nutrition Month Challenge by participating in a 7-day “Rethink your Drink” challenge.
How it Works
Each participant will have a total of 5 points per day. Your goal will be to keep all 5 points as often as possible. To keep all 5 points, you must only drink water, infused water, milk (unflavored) and unsweetened decaffeinated tea or coffee.
When you consume a sugary or caffeine-containing beverage, you will need to deduct 1 point from your 5 point total. You can choose not to drink water, but if you do, you have to pay with 1 point per serving (250ml)!
