Healthy You Program
Healthy You is our new program at the Marathon Family Health Team. It is an 11 week lifestyle group that helps you learn ways to better your health through more mindful food choices, physical activity and feeling good about yourself.
Our Registered Dietitian will teach you about:
- Nutrition for healthy eating
- Reading food labels
- Increasing activity
- Meal planning
- Dining out and grocery shopping tips
- Goal setting and being more mindful to help become your healthiest you!
Healthy You follows the Health At Every Size ® (HAES®) approach to wellness.
Our Healthy You classes are offered April - June from 3-5 pm on Wednesdays.

- Calling the Marathon Family Health Team
- Emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- Having a member of your health care team refer you
