MFHT wrapped up our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan in February 2026, and we’re pleased to share a report highlighting what we’ve accomplished.
Over the past three years, this plan helped guide how we improved care, supported our team, and responded to the needs of our communities. It took a lot of work from many people, and we’re truly grateful to everyone who was part of it.
While this chapter has come to a close, work on our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan is already underway as we continue building on that progress.
