The Marathon Family Health Team is proud to launch our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, which will guide how we deliver primary care services over the next three years.
This plan was shaped by feedback from nearly 350 people, including patients, community members, staff, physicians, and community partners. Through surveys and conversations, we listened carefully to what matters most to the people we serve. We also worked closely as a team to turn that feedback into practical priorities that reflect both community needs and the realities of delivering care in the communities we serve.
Our Strategic Plan focuses on improving access to care, strengthening mental health and addictions supports, expanding prevention and health education programs, and improving digital tools and clinic spaces to better support patients and families. It also recognizes that strong care begins with a strong and supported healthcare team.
This plan reflects our commitment to working together with our communities to strengthen primary care services now and into the future.
